These terms are issued by DollarMart Glen Eden effective from March 1st, 2020. They cover the use of our websites – dollarmart.co.nz.  Use includes visits to our sites, purchases on our sites, participation in our database, and promotions. These terms of use apply to you when you use our websites. By using or accessing this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use this website.

DollarMart Glen Eden owns the website and, unless otherwise indicated, owns or is licensed to use all content and other material appearing on the website. No trademark (whether registered or not) that is displayed on this website may be used in any way without the prior written permission of DollarMart Glen Eden or of the relevant trademark owner.

DollarMart Glen Eden reserves the right to make changes to the content on this site at any time and without notice.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, DollarMart Glen Eden makes no warranties in relation to the merchantability, fitness for purpose, freedom from computer virus, accuracy, or availability of this website or any other website.

2. Ordering goods and services from us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on our website by adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order optional gift message for gift cards, gift wrapping, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order

We do not supply trade quantities and reserve the right to limit the number of an item customers can purchase in a single transaction.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it and we will send the invoice to you which indicates that your order has been finial accepted and you may not cancel it.

We will take payment from you then we will send your order.

3. Refusing or canceling orders

In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgment, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgment, to have been placed fraudulently.

While we endeavor to ensure that the price and description of goods or services are accurate if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.

We currently accept the following payment method:

• Eftpos in store
• Bank deposit

5. Pricing

All prices listed on www.dollarmart.co.nz is in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason. Online and in-store pricing may differ.

Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs or other charges which may be payable in relation to an order. If the product has a plane besides the delivery lead time it is sourced from an overseas supplier. The customer may be liable to pay these taxes if they purchase a product or products from our site that are imported from an overseas supplier where their single order exceeds the New Zealand low-value GST threshold.

6. Delivery and Delivery Charges

At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses. For an outline of our delivery charges please visit our Delivery page.

Please note that a signature is optional for receiving deliveries. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days using email.

We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.

7. Restricted Products

Some products on our site carry an age restriction, if a product you have selected is restricted a message will appear in the cart asking you to confirm you are an appropriate age to purchase the item(s). Confirming this means that you are of an eligible age to purchase the selected product(s). You are also agreeing that you are not purchasing the item on behalf of a person who is not the appropriate age.

8. Delivery Period

Delivery lead time for products may vary. Each product has a lead time displayed on it indicating when you can expect delivery of your order. Deliveries to rural addresses and deliveries of dangerous goods, big size goods in some areas may take longer than the time indicated. You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order with the tracking number on the dispatch email.

Other than connecting to DollarMart website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to DollarMart website servers. You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our websites or services and their associated software, hardware and servers in any way. You also agree not to modify any content or service on the websites. Furthermore, you agree not to use our sites in any inappropriate or unlawful way.

Our websites are intended to provide information for people shopping our products and accessing our services, including making purchases via our website and registering on our database to receive e-mails from us.

While we endeavor to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. DollarMart Glen Eden does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation, or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site.
